Research Interests
• The area of one-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials and carbon nanostructures and their applications in nanoelectronics, sensors and energy harvesting
• The development and application of synchrotron radiation techniques in nanoscale materials

Main Contributions and Projects
Has published more than 70 research articles, holds two US patents and filed 6 Chinese patents. Has been awarded several national level research grants from National Basic Research Program of China (973 program), National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc.
