Research Interests
Electronic structure at organic/inorganic and organic/organic interfaces. Bonding distances of organic monolayers to metal substrates. Transport mechanisms in organic thin films. Band structure of organic single crystals.


Main Contributions

Explaining the orientation-dependent ionization energy of organic thin films. Unraveling the driving force for organic molecules to form metallic monolayers. Published over 40 papers with well over 1000 citations resulting in an h-index of 18.
